If messy Looms don’t scare you, and your superpower is bringing clarity to confusion, keep reading.

We’re seeking a junior or mid-level Operations Assistant who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to transform raw content (such as Loom videos, call recordings, or course materials) into clear, structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.

This role is not about building systems from scratch. It’s about working side by side with the founder and team leads, receiving detailed video input, and converting that into clean documentation that others can easily follow and utilize.

You will be responsible for writing SOPs that will later be shared across teams or with client-side hires. That means your writing must show structure, logic, and clarity-not generic summaries or AI-generated text. We are not looking for someone who copies and pastes from ChatGPT. We need a real human who can understand the logic behind a task and document it with precision.

If you enjoy bringing structure to messy information and if you find satisfaction in making complex tasks easy to understand for others, this role is for you.

Bonus points if you’re familiar with Amazon FBA workflows or terminology - but it’s not required. We’ll provide the context.
